As well as to bolster yoga asanas, they can also be used as a general cushion or pillow, or for physiotherapy. This round yoga bolster is of standard size, filled with eco-friendly buckwheat hulls, and has a convenient carry handle.

The soft cotton outer cover can be unzipped and removed for easy cleaning, providing protection and increasing the durability of the bolster. The carry handle — with embroidered Yoga-Mad logo — makes it easy to transport your bolster to your yoga class. The Bolster is filled with buckwheat hulls, a natural by-product from buckwheat production, used sustainably to fill the bolster for optimum support. This filling can be added or removed as necessary to customise the size, weight, and firmness of the bolster.
